Signing in
How do I sign in?
With your email address. We send you a six-digit code; there is no password.
The code doesn't arrive.
Check your spam folder and the spelling of the address. After 30 seconds you can ask for a new code; a code is valid for 10 minutes. Company mailboxes sometimes filter strictly: ask your IT to allow mail from no-reply@instingo.de.
Communities and clubs
How do I join my company's or group's community?
With an invite code, an invite link or a QR code you get from someone in the community (Profile → Join a community). For companies, Active Club also checks your work email with a code.
Can I start my own group?
Yes, for a club, a running group or friends: Profile → Join a community → Start your own group. Then invite others with a code, a link or a QR code. Active Club for a whole company? Write to info@instingo.de.
How do I leave a club or a community?
In a club, use the "…" menu → Leave. You leave a community on its page (Profile → My communities).
Notifications
Choose which notifications you get in your profile under "Notifications". If none arrive at all, check in your phone's settings that notifications are allowed for Active Club.
Watch
The Apple Watch and Wear OS apps sign in through your phone. Open Active Club once on the phone while the watch is connected. If the watch still says to open Active Club on your phone, tap "Try again" there.
Safety and respect
Objectionable content and harassment have no place in Active Club. Report messages and photos with a long press, events and clubs through the "…" menu and people through their profile. Blocking a person hides their content from you. We review reports and remove content that breaks the terms of use.
Account and data
Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account or on this page. What we store is described in the privacy policy.
